A private investigator who was working for Jose Baez, the defense lawyer for Casey Anthony, alleges that Baez said Anthony killed and buried her daughter, Caylee. The investigator also claims that Anthony wanted to rope in the man who discovered the body by having her lawyers say he kidnapped her. The documents, in which these claims are made, became public as part of Anthony’s bankruptcy case. Anthony was acquitted of murder charges in 2011.
