Oscar Pistorius appeared in court Friday with his head in his hands as prosecutors announced they’d be pursuing a “premeditated murder” charge against him for the death of his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp. Pistrorius is denying the charges “in the strongest terms.” Police were called early Thursday morning to Pistorius’s house, where they found Steenkamp dead, with four gunshot wounds to her head and upper body, as well as a 9mm pistol.
