Giancarlo Stanton of the Miami Marlins is dealing with facial lacerations, multiple facial fractures, and dental damage after being hit by a fastball on Thursday night against the Milwaukee Brewers. Stanton, 24, is the league leader in home runs and RBIs. He was struck on an 0-1 count by Mike Fiers, who then hit a second batter right after knocking out Stanton. Naturally, both benches cleared.
