Robert Lewis Dear, the man who shot and killed three people at a Colorado Planned Parenthood clinic last month, said on Wednesday that he plans to represent himself in court. He questioned how he could trust his attorney after the lawyer said that Dear wasn't competent to stand trial. His lawyer, Daniel King also represented Aurora shooter James Holmes.
