More than 2,000 NFL players have joined a unified lawsuit against the league, alleging officials didn’t acknowledge or address the brain impairments that come along with playing professional football. The NFL, according to the lawsuit, also deliberately didn’t tell players about the risks they faced playing a game that often included head-jarring tackles and concussions. The lawsuit combines 80 pending separate cases that were filed against the NFL.
