But by far the most uncomfortable moment of the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday night came when Parks and Recreation actress Aubrey Plaza stage-crashed Will Ferrell’s acceptance speech. The audience uncomfortably squirmed, wondering whether the bit was planned. On Monday, MTV said it was not a rehearsed moment, and Plaza was escorted from her seat during the next commercial break.
