Massachusetts police have arrested Malcolm Crowell, a suspect in the kidnapping of two-year-old Isaih Perez, in the town of Fall River. Authorities say witnesses saw Crowell and Perez fleeing the scene of a double homicide in Johnston, RI, but don't know where the boy is now. It's not clear what Crowell's relationship is with Perez or the murder victims. Police declined to release more information about the murders until they find the toddler. A nationwide Amber Alert was issued for Perez before Crowell was arrested.
