A woman accused of killing a Las Vegas manicurist after skipping out on her bill at a nail salon last month has been found and arrested, police announced Friday. Krystal Whipple, 21, was found in Glendale, Arizona, Friday morning, Las Vegas Metropolitan police said in a tweet. On December 29, Whipple allegedly ran over Nhu “Annie” Nguyen with a rental car—which she’d allegedly stolen—when Nguyen chased her down for not paying for a $35 manicure bill, authorities say.
