British police said Wednesday they found a body in the Thames River while searching for Xavier Thomas, who would be the eighth London Bridge victim. The 45-year-old has been missing since the Saturday night attack, when three men drove into pedestrians on the bridge and stabbed people in Borough Market. Scotland Yard said the body was found Tuesday and that Thomas’ family has been informed. Police still need to formally confirm his identity. Officials said Youssef Zaghba, Khuram Butt, and Rachid Redouane carried out the attack before they were shot dead by police. Authorities are still working to identify all of the victims.
