Teacher found 30 packs of it in 5-year-old’s lunchbox.

Police in Trenton, New Jersey, have opened an investigation after a kindergarten student reportedly took 30 packs of heroin to school on Monday. A teacher at the International Academy of Trenton phoned police after discovering the heroin in a 5-year-old’s lunchbox, according to local media. She had initially thought the boy was playing with a candy wrapper, only to discover that the wrapper had actually come from a packet of heroin. The boy tested negative for opiates after being taken to a local hospital. No one has been charged in the case, and police have not said whether the boy’s parents are suspects.
