Police have identified Cedric Anderson as the shooter in a Monday morning murder-suicide in a San Bernardino, California, elementary school. Anderson, 53, was believed to have entered the school seeking his estranged ex-wife, Karen Smith, a teacher. In her classroom, Anderson opened fire, striking Smith and two children before shooting himself. One of the children, whom police have identified as 8-year-old Jonathan Martinez, died after being transported to a hospital. The other child, an unnamed 9-year-old, is still alive. Both children were reportedly in critical condition. All other students were unharmed, and the school was evacuated.
