Police shut down roads and ordered citizens to stay in their homes for the second night in a row on Friday as they closed in on the home of Eric Frein, the man suspected of shooting and killing one state trooper and wounding another in an ambush last week.“Shots were exchanged,” according to Township Supervisor Ralph Megliola, who did not provide further information. Frein has been described as a self-taught survivalist with a grudge against law enforcement and government.
