Police Union to Punish ‘Race-Baiters’

A Fraternal Order of Police chapter in Kentucky published an open letter to the public Thursday night promising to investigate, charge, and prosecute “sensationalists, liars, and race-baiters.” Dave Mutchler, president of the River City Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 614, thanked “those of you that support us” but promised “the criminal element in our community” that the union’s members would “hunt you down again and again until they put you away or you go away.” Louisville’s mayor and police chief both denounced the letter.
