Pope Francis is set to celebrate mass in the Mexican city Ecatepec on Sunday. It is a city that has seen one of the highest murder rates in the country, with a weak economy and unemployment. The pope's trip will end in Ciudad Juarez, a city on the border with the United States where he is going to address illegal immigration and meet relatives of victims of violence in the area.
