Adult film star Justin Heath Smith, known by his stage name Austin Wolf, has been arrested and charged with possessing and distributing child sexual abuse material online (CSAM), the Department of Justice announced Friday. The FBI said that the 43-year-old sent and received hundreds of videos showing child sexual abuse via Telegram. They raided Smith’s Manhattan apartment in April and found 200 videos containing child porn on an SD card, according to the complaint. Smith is well-known in the world of LGBTQ porn and has more than a million followers on X. He was ordered held without bail at a hearing in Manhattan federal court Friday afternoon. As he was led out of the court he mouthed “I’m sorry” to his partner of 10 years. If he is found guilty, he faces up to 20 years in prison for the distribution and receipt of child pornography, and 10 years for possession of child pornography. He is due back in court for an initial hearing on July 29.
