Don’t worry: You’re not actually addicted to porn, at least according to a new review in Current Sexual Health Reports. It turns out, only 27 percent of all studies on porn addiction contain actual data, and the review highlights the prevalence of poor experimental design and methodological rigor. David Ley, a lead researcher on the review, said there’s little to no evidence porn addiction exists, or that it causes harm, like erectile dysfunction and brain changes.
