Japan's porn industry is leading the way in getting buyers to pony up for new three-dimensional televisions. Porn stars Kayama and Yuma Asami will be featured in the country's first DVDs designed for the 3D format. Last year adult videos accounted for $1.2 billion in sales in Japan. “Adult videos will likely be an incentive for consumers to buy a 3D TV,” one analyst told Bloomberg News. “It’s worth paying attention to the move because it’s lack of content that’s hindering expansion.” Sony will begin selling a 3-D television model on June 10.
