Second time is the charm. Port Authority Chairman David Samson was subpoenaed by federal prosecutors seeking records about his private business interests and duties as chairman. The subpoenaed records relate to two large projects: the replacement of Goethals Bridge and the roadway raising of Bayonne Bridge. Samson was similarly subpoenaed a week ago, but it was withdrawn after press inquiries.
