Possible Charges in Royal Prank

Scotland Yard announced on Saturday that it may press charges in the case of the prank phone call two Australian DJs made to the hospital where Kate Middleton was being treated in early December. The police submitted a file to the Crown Prosecution Service, which will investigate potential offenses in the case and determine whether to prosecute anyone over the tragic hoax. The call preceded the suicide of nurse Jacintha Saldanha, who transferred the call that resulted in the unwitting release of confidential information.
