Russian fashion is booming—and it’s getting a little unorthodox. Gosha Rubchinsky, a 24-year-old, debuted his neo-grunge fashion line in an Orthodox Church turned Soviet-era boxing arena, and took Moscow Fashion Week by storm. His clothes have a skater feel to them, with fingerless gloves and embroidered tracksuits. “I can't say if I am using Russian ornament,” he tells Interview Magazine. “I am using my feelings and my impressions of growing up in post-Soviet times.”
