A potluck dinner in Ohio turned deadly after 21 attendees at Cross Pointe Free Will Baptist Church Sunday meal came down with botulism. One of them later died, while three others are in critical condition. Doctors at Fairfield Medical Center say that the disease's fatality rate is pretty low, but the anti-toxin is hard to get—they're still waiting on a shipment from the Centers for Disease Control. About 145 cases occur nationwide each year.
