Sorry, Mitt. Colin Powell has once again endorsed President Obama. The former secretary of state said that Obama has pulled the nation out of an economic dive and “we’re starting to gain altitude.” Powell, who has the “utmost respect” for Romney, doesn’t feel too confident about the his “moving target” foreign policy position. He also has trouble with Romney’s “very strong neoconservative views.” Though Powell remains a Republican, this is the second time he’s given Obama his highly-coveted thumbs up.
