We’ve got another billion-dollar lottery jackpot. No one won Saturday night’s Powerball drawing, so the big prize for Monday’s drawing is a cool $1.04 billion. It’s the fourth-highest jackpot in Powerball history, although a relative pittance compared to a $2 billion payout last year.
