Look how responsible party-boy Prince Harry is growing up to be: speaking at a military awards gala in London on Monday, Harry told attendees he "couldn't wait" for his next tour in Afghanistan. Harry served his first tour in Afghanistan in 2007-08 but was pulled out after 10 weeks when foreign media reported his presence there.
