The “Spare to the Heir” will have a new title to boast at his brother’s royal wedding in a few weeks: Prince Harry, 26, has been promoted to Captain in the British Army. There’s speculation that Harry’s outfit at the big nuptials will be the gold-brocaded state ceremonial uniform of the army regiment he originally joined when he left Sandhurst military academy. But palace aides will not confirm what the best man will be wearing until the day of the wedding. His training success on the Apache attack aircraft proved that Prince Harry was ready for the next stage of his training: He’ll now be known as Captain Harry Wales in the military.
