Three Republican political operatives were found guilty Thursday on all charges in a corruption scandal. A federal jury found that former Ron Paul operatives Jesse Benton, John Tate, and Dimitri Kesari executed a secret plot to pay an Iowa state senator $73,000 to switch his endorsement from Michele Bachmann to Paul days ahead of the state’s 2012 caucus. Benton currently serves as chief strategist for Great America PAC, a pro-Trump organization
