Prosectors asked Judge Kiyo Matsumoto to revoke Martin Shkreli’s bail Thursday night, citing his behavior since his conviction. Shkreli has “engaged in an escalating pattern of threats and harassment that warrant his detention pending sentencing,” the prosecutors allege, citing in particular his call for one of his followers to grab some of her hair. The move “required significant expenditure of resources” by the Secret Service, they added in their filing.
