The entire island of Puerto Rico was left without power on Wednesday afternoon following a fire at a power plant. According to the Authority of Electrical Energy, a blaze at the Salinas plant affected two 230,000-volt transmission lines, causing the widespread outage for thousands of citizens of the Caribbean island.
