Crimea will soon be just an illegally occupied version of Las Vegas. After seizing the region from Ukraine, Russia has plans to make Crimea the fifth zone in Russia where gambling is legal. President Vladimir Putin has presented a draft of a law to develop the territory's economy that would pave the way for casinos to be built. Also on Monday, Putin signed a legal amendment to make it easier for residents of the former USSR to gain Russian citizenship.
