Queen Elizabeth II will lay a wreath at Ground Zero in July to pay tribute to those who died September 11, 2001. Her husband, Prince Philip, will accompany her as part of a trip to the U.S. and Canada that starts June 28. The queen will speak with relatives of victims as well as representatives of the police and firefighters who responded to the terrorist attack. She will also address the United Nations General Assembly for only the second time—the first was in 1957.
