Phillips, who is 11th in line to the throne and has no royal duties, is the son of Princess Anne, Queen Elizabeth’s second child and only daughter. "The queen and the duke of Edinburgh, as well as Autumn's family, have been informed and are delighted with the news," Buckingham Palace said.
