Someone should be getting a dead fish over this: "I was born here and my wife Amy and I raised our three children here," Rahm Emanuel says in the video announcement for his mayoral campaign in Chicago. “I’m glad to be home.” The problem? He filmed the video in Washington D.C., in the offices of the consulting firm founded by David Axelrod. The amusing gaffe actually touches upon a serious problem for Rahm: His opponents are challenging his residency. Joe Trippi, who’s consulting with one of Rahm’s opponents, emails Ben Smith, "A D.C. office? I guess there is no place like home."
