Chicken Kingpin Buys 50,000 Lottery Tickets—One Per Worker

The Mega Millions jackpot is up to $810 million—and one CEO is making sure his employees are in it to win it. Todd Graves of the chicken restaurant chain Raising Cane’s shelled out $100,000 to buy 50,000 tickets, one for each worker. If any of those tickets are winners, he’ll split the windfall among the work force. That would come out to $16,200 a person before taxes. The drawing is Tuesday night.
