Rand Paul’s former campaign manager has reportedly joined Florida Sen. Marco Rubio’s presidential campaign. Chip Englander was seen reviewing his new employment contract on an airplane Tuesday, and is set to become a senior political adviser responsible for the Rubio’s Midwest campaign efforts. Rubio, who placed fifth in the New Hampshire primary after a distrastrous weekend debate performance, apparently hopes to gain momentum by capitalizing on Englander’s connections to Paul’s libertarian-leaning supporters.
