Rand Paul: Obama Has A 'King Complex'

Kentucky senator Rand Paul told 'Hannity' Wednesday night that he'll introduce a bill early next week to curb President Obama's executive 'arrogance' on guns, which Hannity called an 'assault on your Second Amendment rights.'
