The 32-year-old rapper Young Dolph is expected to survive multiple gunshot wounds following a shooting outside the Loews Hollywood Hotel near the TCL Chinese Theatre on Hollywood Boulevard. Los Angeles Police Officer Mike Lopez told the Los Angeles Times that the shooting began as an argument between Young Dolph—whose real name is Adolph Thornton Jr.—and three other men. He was initially listed in critical condition but police said late Tuesday evening that he should be able to recover.
