Blake Collier's recipe for Super Spicy Queso:
1 bar of Velveeta cheese + shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 can of chopped Hatch green chilies
2 cans of hot Ro*tel
1 package of Owens hot sausage
Brown the sausage in a pan, then combine with all the ingredients in a crockpot. Turn crockpot on warm and let it slowly melt to desired consistency.
