Teresa Giudice, the 43-year-old star of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of New Jersey, was released from federal prison after serving nearly a year. Giudice’s lawyer, James Leonard Jr., met her at the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Connecticut, Wednesday morning, E! News reported. Giudice faces an additional 15 months in home confinement. Teresa and her husband, Joe Giudice, were charged in July 2013 with conspiring to defraud lenders, illegally obtaining mortgages and other loans, and hiding assets and income during a bankruptcy case.
