Rebecca Black, the teenager whose song “Friday” went viral, will release a new single on July 18 called “My Moment.” The song is the product of handlers who are much more professional than the guys at Ark Music Factory who made "Friday": Writer Brandon Hamilton’s credits include a Justin Bieber track, while the producer, Charlton Pettus, has worked with Hilary Duff and Tears for Fears. Black will also self-release a five-track EP in August.
