Redskins Getting a Name Change?

The debate over the Washington Redskins's controversial name could come to an end soon. A patent investor and neighbor of team owner Dan Snyder trademarked the name Washington Bravehearts earlier this month and plans to use it for "Entertainment in the nature of football games,” according to the application. The relationship between Snyder and his neighbor, Aris Mardirossian, is still unclear and for his part, a spokesman for Snyder denied the two men knew each other at all. Curious coincidence or is this a name change in the works?
