What the what? Rumors swirled at President Obama's State of the Union Address earlier this year when Tennessee congressman Steve Cohen sent the tweet "ilu" or "I love you" to 24-year-old college student Victoria Brink and then revealed the woman was his daughter. But as it turns out, DNA tests prove that the aspiring model is not his daughter, according to a CNN report. "The results show Steve Cohen is not my father," Brink said. Cohen stated in February that he found Brink via Google stalking years ago and since has developed a relationship with her.
