Rep. Ted Lieu (D-CA) announced on Monday his endorsement of fellow Californian Sen. Kamala Harris for president in 2020. “Known Kamala for many years & worked together on various issues,” the congressman tweeted. “She embraces the future, not the past, and is the person we need to move America forward.” Most members of Congress have held back on publicly endorsing in the crowded field, given how many of their colleagues are either in the race or preparing to enter.
I endorse @KamalaHarris for President.
