Report: Apple May Buy Hulu

That $76.2 billion in cash must be burning a hole in Apple's pocket. The technology company is in early talks with Hulu about a possible purchase, two sources tell Bloomberg. Hulu would give Apple a new subscription service and five years of rights to programs, making it a possible challenger to Netflix. Google, Yahoo, and AT&T have also expressed interest in buying the video-streaming company. A report this week said Yahoo was willing to pay as much as $2 billion for Hulu with four or five years of exclusive access to its shows.
