Vice President Joe Biden will reportedly partner with the University of Delaware for an economic and domestic policy initiative after he leaves the White House, according to an aide. He also is planning to work with the University of Pennsylvania on an initiative involving foreign policy issues. Biden graduated from the University of Delaware in 1965. The vice president has also coyly suggested that he might run for president in 2020 but has waffled on that as well.
