Charlie Sheen is one lucky man. According to TMZ, the Wall Street star has been sentenced to 30 days for misdemeanor assault in Malibu. What's more, a source said that the sentence will be "administered and executed at Promises"—a rehab facility for Hollywood stars. According to the site, Sheen will plead no contest, his felony charge will be dropped, and he will serve three months of unsupervised probation. Following his plea, Sheen will then fly to the Los Angeles set of Two and a Half Men, as if the case never happened.
