The Walt Disney Company is reportedly considering buying Twitter, insiders told Bloomberg News on Monday. According to the financial news outlet, the multinational mass-media corporation is “working with a financial adviser to evaluate a possible bid” for the social-media company. Twitter’s stock jumped late last week after news arose that the company was close to a sale, with possible suitors said to include Salesforce.com and Google.
