Golden State Warriors star Draymond Green allegedly assaulted a Michigan State University football player after a feud that lasted two days, according to an East Lansing police report. Michigan State defensive back Jermaine Edmondson says he told Green to say “excuse me” after the basketball player bumped into him at a bar last Friday. Green allegedly asked Edmondson, “Do you know who I am?” And according to the college football player, two of Green’s “associates” choked him and his girlfriend. The next night, Green allegedly punched Edmondson in the jaw. Edmondson seemed to contradict himself in the police report, saying he did not want to press charges—after initially telling officers he intended to—and that he did not suffer any injuries as a result of the incident. Officials said a preliminary breathalyzer test showed that Green had a 0.10 blood-alcohol level.
