Fidel Castro Díaz-Balart, the eldest son of late Cuban dictator Fidel Castro, committed suicide on Thursday, according to state media. Castro Diaz-Balart, 68, was reportedly being treated for depression. Fidel Castro died in 2016. Florida Republican Rep. Mario Diaz-Balart is the nephew of Castro Diaz-Balart’s mother, Mirta.
