The secrets of TomKat's divorce have reportedly been leaked, and TMZ claims that Katie Holmes walked away from her marriage to Tom Cruise with little more than a relatively modest amount of child support. The settlement reportedly stipulates that Holmes gets no spousal support whatsoever—i.e. no access to Cruise’s $250 million bank account—though she does get $400,000 a year in child support for the next 12 years, totaling $4.8 million. Cruise will also cover Suri’s other expenses, including medical, dental, insurance, college, and extracurricular costs.
