The Islamic State terror group is gearing up to target U.S. Air Force facilities, using information gathered about 77 bases throughout the world, South Korea’s intelligence agency has warned. ISIS is urging its supporters to wage attacks using the information, and it has also released personal information on individuals in 21 different countries who may now be targeted, South Korea’s National Intelligence Service said in a statement. Those individuals are thought to include members of the U.S. Air Force based in South Korea. In a statement early Monday, U.S. Forces Korea said it took the threats and safely of its personnel very seriously: “We remain prepared to respond at any time to any emerging threats.”
